Karim worked years in service of Plum Village and was deeply dedicated to continuing Thich Nhat Hanh’s legacy- particularly in the form of supporting the community to be a true refuge for all people, bringing mindfulness into activism and ensuring the teachings are accessible and relatable.
We suggest donating to Plum Village UK in the care of the Colours of Compassion sangha - ideas for how this could benefit the community include a memorial tree/spot at the Being Peace centre, and supporting access to retreats for people of colour and activists.
